Add your M3U playlist URL or Xtream host and account details in Manage Playlists on iPhone/iPad, or Manage Sources on Apple TV. You need a source you are authorized to use. IPTVNexus is the player, not your television provider.
Apple TV audio and subtitles
With the video controls hidden, press Up or Down to open Audio & Subtitles. You can also select its on-screen button. Move through the list and click to apply a choice; Off disables subtitles. Opening the list does not change tracks.
Seeking through a movie
On Apple TV, focus the timeline and move left or right to preview a target time. Click to confirm or press Back to cancel. If the movie is paused, the confirmed target is used when you resume. Seeking depends on the stream.
A stream will not play
Check your connection and whether your provider allows another simultaneous stream. Try another title, then retry the affected stream. Native-player errors offer Try VLC where available. If the problem is specific to your source, contact the provider; never email us your password or private playlist URL.
Pro purchases
Pro is a one-time player upgrade. Use Restore Purchase with the Apple Account that bought it after reinstalling or changing devices. Your provider subscription is separate.
Favorites and progress on another device
Enable Sync Favorites & Watch Progress on both devices, use the same iCloud account, and add the same provider/account on each. Sync Now retries changes. Playlists and credentials are not transferred by sync.
Removing recent activity
Open the history item’s context menu and remove its history, or remove the series from history. This keeps your playlist and favorites. With sync enabled, history changes propagate to your devices.
Reporting an issue
Email support@almeidaindustries.com with your app version, device, OS version, and steps to reproduce. For playback problems, include the file type and whether the native or VLC player was used. Remove private titles, credentials, and URLs from screenshots and logs.
